Accurately distinguishing and labeling multiple speakers in a transcript requires skill, keen listening, and quality audio.

When names are provided and audio is clear, our team expertly assigns dialogue to each individual. In cases where names aren’t supplied, we use clear, consistent speaker tags such as Male: or Female: for easy reference.

Even in challenging audio conditions, we ensure a structured, readable format – grouping each speaker’s dialogue into distinct paragraphs for clarity.
